At Jack and Jill Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
